Offering a range of logistics services from warehousing, contract logistics, linehaul, intermodal transport, global freight forwarding and bulk logistics, we do logistics differently.

To support Visy’s Intermodal growth, we’re seeking an experienced **Logistics Coordinator** with a solid background in Container Management or Wharf Cartage to oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**What you will do**:

- Coordinate daily movements and oversee container operations while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
- Accurately manage client container arrivals and departures (loaded/unloaded)
- Manage container inventory through regular stock take reports
- Setup Rail/Road manifests according to loading schedules
- Communicate daily run statuses and changes to internal teams
- Promptly notify clients of changes to minimize operational impacts
- Maintain accurate records in Container Chain and internal databases
- Ensure timely receipt of shipping documents and process goods receipts
- Generate management reports and perform data entry tasks
- Deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and support administrative tasks

**What You Will Bring**:

- Proven experience in Wharf Cartage or Container Management is a must
- Previous Allocating, Planning, or Scheduling experience using CoR
- Proficiency in Logistics & TMS software - Preferably Container Chain
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical and data driven mindset
