Job Opportunity: Campaign Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate Campaign Logistics Coordinator who will support the operational delivery of omnichannel retail media campaigns across digital and physical formats.

This role involves coordinating campaign logistics with suppliers and internal teams, assisting with setups, ensuring timelines and quality requirements are met, as well as reporting.

The ideal candidate will play a key part in supporting the execution of campaigns that drive commercial outcomes for our partners.

  • Coordinate campaign logistics with suppliers and internal teams

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance
  • Support the execution of campaigns to meet commercial targets

About the Role:

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in media coordination, marketing operations or campaign support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using shared tools for task tracking, creative approvals and reporting
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Entry-level experience to digital advertising platforms or campaign tools is preferred
