**The Client**:
Global luxury fashion brand creating beautiful silhouettes

You will oversee the sample coordination of the company’s Ready to Wear seasonal collections, with a focus on Collection and Range, ensuring collections are developed in line with the creative vision, to excellent quality standards and adhering to the Critical Path.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Always be at the forefront of new technological developments in fabrics and trims across a global supply base.
- Researching and investigating new suppliers as required seasonally to maintain market edge with fabric and trim offering.
- Management of off-shore import garments e.g. Placement Embroideries.
- Set up and maintain all collection and range pattern sheets with direction from Designers, ensuring information is continually kept up to date.
- Develop belts, set up in AP21 and allocate to styles taking note of sizing requirements.
- Provide Design and Pre-Production Coordinator with all relevant information for seasonal styles set up in AP21 and follow up to ensure details are accurate.
- Complete seasonal style list for Retail and Wholesale use across all categories.
- Take thorough notes at all Range Review meetings and circulate updates and changes to the wider team.

**Key Skills**:

- 5 year's work experience in a similar roles/business.
- Ideally you have completed a tertiary course in Fashion and/or Textiles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meets deadlines.
- Experience of AP21 or a similar program.
- Be exceptionally well organised and methodical.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of fabrics & trims and a keen interest in fashion.
