**About the role**

Our Works Depot team is looking for a suitably qualified Coordinator Services. You will provide effective leadership through people development, programming and project management for a variety of services including street sweeping contract management; maintenance, repair, installation and renewal of street signs, street furniture, safety barriers and bollards. Graffiti removal services, development and delivery of cleaning programs of Council Activity Centres and adjacent places and spaces. Store maintenance and operations including procurement contracts and budgets -consumables, deliveries, store inventory maintenance and regular stock take. Development, implementation and monitoring of Service Level Plans. Ensure Service issues are attended to promptly with a high level of customer service and develop and train Works Depot Services staff to know and live the Council values and vision.

**About you**

The position requires advanced problem solving and negotiation skills and will contribute to development and interpretation of policies and guidelines. The position acts independently in the provision of service advice to customers and stakeholders

**The following is also required**:
Degree or Diploma in Business Management / Logistics/ Leadership and Management with several years of experience in leading similar services

**or**

Lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience in delivering similar services.
- Contract Management experience
- Demonstrated commitment and adherence to organisational values and behaviours.
- Ability to develop, lead, and motivate multi-skilled teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to high standard of customer service.
- High level verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of operation, maintenance and repair techniques for road related infrastructure.
- Good numerical skills including for budgeting and analysis experience.
