We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent full-time **Sales Account Coordinator**to join our Commercial & Sales department.

This exciting role puts you at the heart of our non-race day events, where you’ll facilitate seamless coordination and deliver exceptional customer service to everyone who visits our venues. As a key member of the team, you’ll help drive business growth and foster strong customer loyalty, all within a dynamic and vibrant environment.

As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown and Mornington Racecourses, we own 15 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG).

**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Coordinate all event requirements on behalf of clients, including but not limited to food and beverage arrangements, event services, and ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
- Event planning and delivery.
- Manage contractors across key services, including audio-visual, cleaning, furniture setup, car parking, and security.
- Ensure a high level of detail in floor plans, event orders, work orders, and all related event documentation.
- Manage calendar of internal events.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of venues, ensuring facilities and signage are set to the highest standard for every event.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and event coordination within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in event and/or venue management.
- Previous client management experience.
- Great time management and prioritisation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for precision and accuracy.
- Excels in pressurised environments and works well to deadlines.
- Ability to deal with and manage stakeholders
- Experience with Ungerboeck event software (Desirable).
