
Office Administrator

Planet Towing are looking to employ two permanent part-time admin/office persons to assist with the day-to-day operations of our company **(ONSITE)**, with an immediate start.
Bookkeeping knowledge would be a bonus. Anyone with payroll experience will be greatly valued for **one** of the roles. Previous experience in the Motor Insurance industry helpful, but not essential.
The role entails:
- Receiving and processing incoming work orders.
- Reviewing data for errors and verifying accuracy.
- Invoicing with Quickbooks accounting software.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Reconciliation.
- Occasional phone calls out to pay supplier invoices.
- Payroll (not immediately - hourly rate will be adjusted once role is taken on )
The successful applicants will have:
- Proven experience in an administration role and Data Entry is essential, with a high level of alpha and numeric skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Fast typing speed without compromising precision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge with Quickbooks and Microsoft an advantage.
- Reliability and Discretion.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and excellent initiative.
