
Automotive Accessory Administrative Assistant

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Hektik Automotive is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our dynamic and fast-paced automotive business.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Invoicing & Data Entry**: Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time. Ensure all billing information is correctly entered into AroFlo Business Management Software.
- **Use of AroFlo**: Utilize AroFlo software to manage job scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping. Maintain up-to-date and accurate data within the system.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain inventory records. Track stock levels, place supply orders as needed, and keep inventory organized.
- **Documentation**: Assist in preparing and maintaining documents, reports, and administrative records.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver professional and friendly customer service to clients and partners, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal departments, especially car dealerships, to support smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- **Phone Support**: Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and direct them as appropriate. While part of the role, phone handling is not the primary focus.
**Requirements**:
- Australian Citizenship.
- High school certificate or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience using Aroflo Software is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
