We are seeking an energetic and motivated **Sales Representative** with proven sales and business development skills to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Queensland. Your role will focus on maintaining customer satisfaction while driving profitable sales growth.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in B2B field sales with a focus on generating new business.
- Experience selling software platforms or IT solutions is advantageous but not essential.
- You must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or NZ Citizen with a current Australian Driver’s License.

**Responsibilities**:

- Service and support the existing customer base.
- Actively promote our range of products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Focus on expanding the existing customer base.
- Proven skills in sales and customer service.
- A motivated team player with the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life.
- Experience in B2B sales is essential.

**Role Overview**:
This is a **B2B solution sales role** with a short sales cycle, where urgency and action are key to developing strong client relationships.

**Typical Week**:

- **Hybrid role**: 2-3 days (Mon & Fri) in the office (Springvale or Pakenham) for contacting potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- **Fieldwork**: The remaining days are spent presenting proposals and meeting with new and existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and achieving your growth targets.

Pay: $50,918.35 - $95,643.74 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
