- Polite and respectable phone manner.
- Sales experience, including putting together quotations and negotiating.
- Advantageous: Experience in a trade environment, product knowledge, experience with Xero or similar.
- **Ability to speak Vietnamese would be advantageous **but not required.
- Experience in trade sales or XERO accounting software would be advantageous but not required.
- **Must be eager to learn and grow.** Potential to advance into a drafting position.
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED. WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON UP.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide product advice to trade and retail customers.
- Prepare and send invoices, quotations, and perform sales/clerical duties.
- Accurate data entry into the production management system.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Process purchase orders and follow up on quotes.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and manage inbound leads.
- Multitask and work both autonomously and within a team.
- Contribute to business improvement with ideas.

**Additional Information**:

- Enthusiasm, energy, and a desire to learn are crucial for success.
- Experience in cabinet making/home improvement is welcome but not essential.
- Opportunity to train into a drafting consultant position.
- Passion for customer service is highly valued.
