**The Role**:
We're seeking a clinical administrator who is passionate about psychology and wellbeing, who likes to work in a team and who wants to be part of an innovative and high-performing organisation.

**Responsibilities of the role will include, and are not limited to**:

- Review of weekly billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and debt collection when required.
- Collecting, organising, and storing information and data using SharePoint and Power Diary software.
- Developing and reviewing administrative systems and procedures in collaboration with the Practice Manager, Lead Clinical Administrator and Directors.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Prior experience in medical administration is required.
- High level of organisation, including the ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and excellent attention to detail.
- Previous use of medical software is required (Power Diary is advantageous).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) is required.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment that places emphasis on development and progression.
- A clear and warm communication style and will communicate to clients with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

**Environment**:
We deliver services from our stunning new office located inside heritage-listed Victoria House in Shenton Park. Our consulting rooms are beautifully furnished and custom-designed to provide a safe and inviting experience for our clients and employees. Downstairs there is access to a wonderful café and plenty of green space.
