Our Client is currently in search of an enthusiastic, and professional full-time Medical Receptionist / Administration Manager to join their practice. Our client operates as a renowned multidisciplinary specialist clinic group, specialising in Respiratory, Sleep Disorders, and Cardiology services.
**Your key responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to**:
- Assisting the Practice Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Managing front desk reception and coordinating specialist clinic activities.
- Ensuring the secure and efficient management of medical records.
- Handling patient invoicing and receipts.
- Managing medical software.
- Collaborating with referring doctors, hospital staff, and medical representatives.
- Preferably possess prior experience as a Medical Receptionist in a healthcare practice.
- Exhibit strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Demonstrate effective organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and liaison abilities, reflecting a commitment to delivering quality customer care.
- Display proficiency in spoken English.
- Own a personal vehicle, as it is necessary for this role.
