We are seeking a full-time clinic administration officer who shares our passion for making a difference to the lives of individuals and their families.

Our multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Dieticians and Allied Health Assistants in our Hobart clinic provide therapy services and support to individuals across the lifespan.

As our clinic administrator, you are the first point of contact for our clients and their families. A proactive, positive and ‘can do’ attitude, as well as a friendly and warm demeanour will see you succeed in this role.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Booking and managing client appointments
- Collecting client information, maintaining privacy and accurate data entry
- Processing NDIS claims as well as other accounts and invoicing duties
- Accounts receivable
- Assisting therapists with administration tasks as required
- Maintaining clinic stock, kitchen, and stationery items
- Other ad hoc duties as required

- Experience with practice management software, Medicare and Eftpos will be advantageous
- Knowledge of NDIS funding and Home Care Packages, or similar
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, WORD and Excel
