**The opportunity**
An opportunity has become available to join the CSV team as a Clinical Administration Personnel at our Aged Care Services Facility.
The Administration Assistant will work to support the residents and staff, handling incoming calls, attending the visitors whilst also providing administration assistance to the Clinical Team.
It is required for the successful applicant to possess exceptional customer service experience in a clinical workplace and the ability to provide effective and efficient administrative and roster support in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulatory standards within an age care facility setting.
**Your duties may include but not limited to**:
- My Aged Care updates.
- Update Resident Medicare and Pension
- Support the head of department in QDMS (Quality Document Management System) updates.
- Archiving
- Rostering/calendaring resident of the day with the NUM.
- Support resident account (manage in Manad)
- Updating the Internal Publications - “Nase Selo”

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent and highly developed computer skills including Excel, Word and data base management.
- Someone who is compassionate, caring and has a supportive nature.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Ability to develop positive relationships and engage with staff and residents.

- Possess efficient and organised administrative skills and sound experience.
- Understanding of confidentiality and handling private information.

**Skills and experience Essential**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aged care industry.
- Would prefer someone with full work rights and with a clinical care background.
- Advantageous to speak Croatian language.
