Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper. We currently have an opportunity for a Consultant, Digital Product Owner to join the Personal Banking Customer Engagement & Channel Experience team.

The overarching focus of this role is to drive world class, simple and intuitive experience within digital channels, partnering collaboratively with domains across Personal Bank to deliver prioritised digital and compliance changes.

The Customer Engagement & Channel Experience team is accountable for the governance and delivery of the digital first customer onboarding and post-onboarding service experience and custodian of all change that is deployed. This role represents the voice of the customers and colleagues to implement the vision and roadmap for all products and channels. This role will translate the strategy into executable solutions by prioritising and shaping initiatives that deliver to objectives. This role will proactively engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to deliver the strategic roadmap.

**Key responsibilities are to**:

- Work within cross functional teams to shape and execute on the prioritised backlog of initiatives which will deliver on digital channel roadmap
- Define what needs to be built in the form of initiatives, features and user stories
- Agree customer and commercial outcomes to be delivered in a cycle
- Build trusted and influential relationships with episode domain teams to join the dots across the enterprise to deliver
- Enable delivery through responding to key questions, make decisions, review work items, plan, track and report progress and measure success and learnings

**What you will bring**

You are tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline and can demonstrate:

- Solid previous experience in Digital, Product and/or Customer experience
- Familiarity with developing, articulating and implementing strategic initiatives and programs of work that achieved the intended outcomes
- Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Experience with agile methodologies and requirements analysis

Your strong influencing, collaboration and influencing skills, coupled with your ability to put the customer at the centre of all initiatives will ensure your success in this role.
