**This opportunity**

The Digital Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders to align on the strategic vision, purpose, and benefits of products in a Digital & IT context. The Digital Product Owner will co-design a product roadmap with key stakeholders which is digital-first and laser focused on customer experience as a differentiator. Key inputs into the roadmap includes customer needs and painpoints analysis, competitor analysis, market trends, industry best practice and emerging technologies.

This role is accountable for the prioritization of features within the squad, working closely with the Portfolio Managers to ensure initiatives align with the portfolio prioritization at a Digital-team level. The role will use customer-centric and data-driven decisions, founded on human centered design principles, that will assist in effective backlog grooming and prioritization. The role will be initially focused on Lebara Digital, with flexibility of shifting across to any of TPG Telecom’s other brands over time.

**Responsibilities**
- Define and maintain a shared product vision in collaboration with your key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategic priorities and the Tribe purpose and Portfolio Vision.
- Lead with a ‘customer first’ mindset with the ability to critique existing and new customer journeys in the eyes of a customer.
- Support the creation of business cases and initiative documentation including requirement specifications and success metrics.
- Act as a conduit between Product and Technology teams, capturing high level product requirements, shaping and validating business requirements and providing these to delivery teams and leading initiative kick off and inception sessions.
- Work collaboratively with UX and CRO specialists to improve the online experience.
- Ensure that delivery teams understand the scope, requirements, business benefits and goals associated with deliverables and work with technology and delivery teams to ensure that all initiatives are delivered within agreed timeframes, budget and scope.
- Participate in/lead agile ceremonies i.e. estimation sessions, planning meetings, daily stand ups, showcases, and team retrospectives.
- Drive to resolution fixes for product issues, outages and defects.
- Own and manage Product backlogs in conjunction with other Product Owners.
- Manage the communication of roadmap updates into delivery teams and ensure alignment of development activities against agreed roadmap priorities.
- Report on and drive awareness of business targets, objectives, key results and performance against targets. It is important to share insights and opportunities based on analysis of performance.
- Forecast and communicate business benefits of product developments before release and report on actual impact post-release, supporting benefit realization measurement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on process improvement & simplification to further drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

**Knowledge and experience**
- Experience across leading, mentoring, or guiding teams would be desirable
- Strong experience in a delivery or strategy related function
- Ability to set a product vision and achieve buy-in from key stakeholders
- Experience with business case development, validation, and business benefit realisation
- Good understanding of Agile ways of working and methodologies/framework
