**Role**
The Product Owner (Scrum) will work closely with stakeholders to define release plans, manage the product backlog, translate customer needs into service (product) requirements, and ensure that development and delivery efforts achieve business goals and priorities. This role will be aligned with the MyAccount squad and will be critical in the successful release of Beta two through four. On September 23, the Service Design phase of the 'Digital Retrain' workstream begins, at which point this PO will pick up 50% of the work from this new squad. A Project Manager and Change Manager will support them.

**Tasks**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, service & UX designers, and QA analysts, to select & prioritise a release plan and product backlog items and ensure that the highest value is delivered first.
- Communicate service experience vision and progress to stakeholders, including senior leaders, project managers, design and development teams, and business owners.
- Ensure compliance with Agile principles and Scrum framework, including facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Work with development teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that service experience requirements are well-defined and testable.
- In partnership with project managers and delivery leads, manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate scope changes to ensure successful delivery of releases.
- Maintain product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects business priorities.
- Acting as an interface between management and the team and the process of disseminating domain knowledge.
- Approving completed items for a release.
- Supporting stakeholders in using a new or changed service (product). This includes training, technical support, and preparation for new releases.

**You**
- An experienced PO with a demonstrable track record delivering digital initiatives using SCRUM framework
- A comfortable and engaging communicator, willing to 'take people on the journey' of SCRUM & Agile adoption
- Experience working in complex stakeholders environments with regulatory and compliance considerations
- Public sector, charity of NFP is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a big plus
- Being a good human is mandatory

**Salary**: $144,525, including super (non-negotiable).

Hybrid work: 1 day a week (Wed) at the office (non-negotiable). The office is based in Mitcham.
