**The Role**
- The Consultant - Product Owner (Digital Domain Performance & Next Best Conversations) role will be responsible for:

- Leading, owning and delivering the Digital Domain backlog of data, analytics and reporting initiatives
- Working with the Data & Analytics squad to develop, deliver, size and prioritise the Digital Domain Performance backlog using Agile frameworks / concepts.
- Leading, owning and delivering Next Best Conversations (NBCs) backlog for the Business Bank
- Working with the Marketing and Data squads to develop, deliver, size and prioritise the NBCs backlog using Agile frameworks / concepts.
- Sizing up and working with the relevant teams to calculate benefits from delivered NBCs and seeking endorsement from relevant stakeholders.
- The Consultant - Product Owner (Digital Domain Performance & Next Best Conversations) role will be a familiar in data / analytics, specifically digital and marketing.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Deliver data, analytics and reporting initiatives to positively impact Digital Domain’s success metrics (e.g. digital sales, NPS)
- Deliver digital and marketing-related initiatives into a large and complex environment that demonstrates a positive uplift to customer and financial outcomes.
- Work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to understand (1) Digital data, reporting and analytics requirements and (2) identify the effective NBCs to deliver that supports Business Bank’s strategy.
- Keep up to date with industry best practice, customer research and competitor activity.

**What you will bring**:

- 4+ years in delivering initiatives into a complex and large landscape and multiple stakeholders / teams.
- Solid understanding of a variety of data sets (e.g. web, customer, sales)
- Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of management
- Strong experience articulating business strategy to achieve intended outcomes including shareholder, customer, and employee value.
- Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Financial Services experience desirable
- Strong business and commercial acumen, analytical and data driven.
