What we’re doing You’ll be part of our Learning & Organisational Development Team (within People & Culture) helping us deliver amazing & impactful learning experiences across REA. The L&D and OD team are a highly specialised group of individuals, who are the best in their fields. They provide strategic “centre of excellence” guidance across all things OD including - performance, careers, development, learning, leadership, talent acceleration, diversity & inclusion, engagement, and culture. While this position supports the whole OD team, the primary focus is to ensure accurate and timely management of administration and logístical needs to support our learning & development roadmap and REA University. As you could imagine at REA, no two days are the same - but day to day you can expect to: - Support the Head of Learning & learning practitioners with coordination, administration and logistics relating to all our learning, leadership and talent experiences- Manage the end-to-end administration for all learning experiences and events - including course creation and session management, enrolment, invitations, evaluation, venue and catering requirements, creation of workbooks and templates etc- Act as first point of call for all learning related queries through a variety of channels - inbox, slack etc - connecting with our learners & their managers- Support learning projects and programs including House Warming (induction), REA University programs, team workshops/briefings- As our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) champion, take the lead role in managing all facets of the REA University platform- Provide logistics & coordination support as you liaise with our learning partners- Support the broader OD team in the delivery of broader organisational initiative Who we’re looking for- You love detail, process, and admin. You’re all about finding efficiencies & driving process. You’ve got a knack for planning and organisation.- - You’re keen to learn from our highly skilled learning practitioners and are comfortable adapting and thriving in an evolving environment, often with multiple priorities.- Systems and tech are your friend, including having intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.- Your communication style is clear, concise, direct, and kind. You’re great at asking questions to understand and anticipate needs. You’re friendly, approachable and have good relationship management skills.- You may have a few runs on the board with previous experience in an administration or coordination.
