**In this Learning Consultant role you will**:

- Adapt content to suit diverse learning styles for operations teams.
- refine and enhance training materials and deployment methods.
- Lead and facilitate engaging interactive training sessions for various audiences ensuring learning objectives are met.
- Prepare detailed management reports which maintain and uplift existing customer service delivery standards.
- Review the quality of the learning content designed and delivered.

**What you'll bring**
- Ideally previously involvement in instructional design a solid understanding on how learning materials are structured and developed.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Customer and commercial approach to business
- Proven and successful experience in anti-crime industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
