Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. The NSW Cancer Institute’s Cancer Plan promotes integrated, patient-focused cancer care through multidisciplinary collaboration. We’re seeking a Multidisciplinary Team Coordinator to support effective team meetings by ensuring clinician participation and accurate documentation of treatment recommendations. You’ll manage logistics such as agendas, venues, catering, and video conferencing, aligning with best practice guidelines and contributing to state-wide reporting on cancer case management.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Demonstrated Administration experience specifically with Microsoft Office Suite including working knowledge of database systems
- Excellent verbal and written skills, demonstrated through the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including patients and health professionals
- Demonstrated experience working with a Multidisciplinary Team
- Demonstrated experience in organisation and time management skills, whilst having the ability to cope with a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to support meetings including booking rooms, managing technology, drafting agendas, following up actions, noting recommendations, management of correspondence and preparation of client information.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
