Working in our Recruitment and Labour Hire unit, you will be part of the team growing their market share locally and nationally across different areas of the sector. As the only Indigenous ICT end-to-end company, we require a Recruiter/Resourcer to join our team and continue to attract and recruit tech professionals in the industry across a range of levels and positions.

The Goanna Group comprises of Indigenous-owned enterprises providing clients with a diverse range of services and products within the ICT sector. Our mission is to collaborate across industries to identify and support Indigenous people to realise their future careers within STEM. Participation within STEM will provide educational, economic and social sustainability and self-determination for Indigenous people - closing the gap in economic participation and creating a solid future for our people.

**What is the role?**
Responsibilities include:

- Resourcing for large PSA client accounts

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
- Preferably experience in ICT/Tech sector as a Resourcer
- Experience with an ATS, such as JobAdder
- Passion for the tech sector
- Passion for supporting diverse cohorts

Salary $90k with attractive commission/bonus

This position is a hybrid one, which means that you may need to work occasionally at the Redfern Sydney office.
