Atom Resources is a specialist Construction, Property and Engineering Recruitment agency.

Founded in Feb 2016, we now have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Central Coast with a team of 22 internal staff. We ranked 7th in the ‘Australian Financial Reviews Fast Starters list 2018', and 5th in 2020

We are excited to offer the opportunity to an experienced resource coordinator or somebody looking to take their first steps into recruitment, to join our Sydney office in Barangaroo.

This role is a full-time position, responsible for hiring electricians on a temporary basis within Sydney's construction market. This desk has been the cornerstone of our Sydney office and has relationships spanning over five years.

There will be immediate roles to work, and it comes with the advantage of working alongside a high performing team and consistent one to one training and support.

The role will involve:

- Taking references via phone
- Using database and other search tools to source new talent
- Hitting KPI’s daily
- Negotiating pay rates
- Collecting compliance documents

This role would suit an organised individual with a strong work ethic, who is looking to develop with a growing company. Ideally you will have minimum 2 years experience in a phone based role.
