**What are we looking for?**

Baidam Solutions is currently going through rapid growth and as such we are looking for an IT recruiter with end-to-end recruitment experience to join the team in our Sydney office.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be working collaboratively with the recruitment team to provide IT Recruitment agency services to our current existing client base.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Conducting ongoing talent searches.
- Proactively identifying areas for continuous improvement.

**About you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience/field.
- Proven experience in end-to end Recruitment, preferably in an agency setting.
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT Recruitment.
- Have Business Development experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with JobAdder (ATS) and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
