This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work from home 3 days a week based in either
**Newcastle **or
**Parramatta.**

**The role**:

- Support a team of Case Managers providing technical support throughout the claim process and helping them achieve performance measures
- Reviewing and providing feedback about current claims management practices and procedures ensuring emerging trends are identified and managed
- Developing strategic initiatives and procedures to ensure all service, performance and compliance measures are achieved
- Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**About you**
- Strong technical experience within the NSW workers compensation scheme (Nominal Insurer, Self Insurance, Comcare or TMF)
- Experience in managing relationships and competing stakeholder priorities
- Superior time management and negotiating skills
- Exceptional problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in coaching and supporting others
- Have a genuine, caring nature that put customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances

**Benefits**
- Salary (experience dependent): $85,000 - $105,000 + super + 10% performance bonus
