This role would suit either an experienced workers compensation leader or aspiring leader who is passionate about leading, coaching and supporting a team of Case Managers. You will have a growth mindset and display a performance driven, engaging leadership style.

Key success in this role is building strong professional relationships with stakeholders, driving team performance, and promoting engagement across the team.

This is a
**permanent full-time role** with the option to work in the office 2 days a week or more if preferred.
**The office is based in Newcastle.**

**The Role**:

- Lead a team of senior/case managers, driving best-in-market claims performance outcomes
- Provide guidance and support and ensure a positive team culture
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships to support and align with the business's claims strategies
- Be passionate about continuous improvement and always look at ways to make processes and ways of working better
- Undertake key audits and quality assurance to ensure business performance against KPIs

**About You**
- Strong workers compensation understanding and knowledge
- Experience in a leadership role or have had leadership secondment experience
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- People skills and a passion for working with others and being a role model for your team and the wider business

**Benefits**
- Salary (experience dependent): $110,000 - $130,000 Package + Bonus + Company Benefits
- Flexible working hours & Hybrid working 2 days in office
