- As a Consultant in the Performance & Growth Team, you’ll bring a passion for data, insights, and analytical thinking to connect the big picture with the detail—identifying new growth opportunities, shaping strategy, and driving a high-performance culture.
- You’ll leverage an understanding of banking performance drivers, partnering with senior leaders to generate insights, influence decisions, and unlock commercial outcomes.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Support the delivery of clear, actionable performance insights to help guide business decisions.
- Work closely with Senior Consultants and stakeholders across Personal Banking to turn data into practical outcomes.
- Support key strategic initiatives, including building Business Cases, completing research and linking initiatives to business strategy
- Assist in preparing performance updates, presentation packs, and business reporting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Help coordinate regular business rhythms, including governance activities and leadership forums.
- Maintain and improve reporting tools and dashboards in partnership with Data & Analytics
- Collaborate with other teams in Specialised Distribution, including performance excellence and Orchestration teams.
- Proactively identify ways to improve processes and support broader team initiatives.
- Ensure risk and compliance requirements are embedded in day-to-day activities and reporting

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- 3+ years banking/finance/strategy experience
- Strong sequencing, planning, prioritisation, execution, communication and presentation skills.
- Well developed stakeholder management

- Expertise with MS Office(Excel/PPT)
