HICAPS is utilised by 100% of Private Health Funds in Australia and has over 90,000 registered health service providers nationally, HICAPS give patients the convenience of on-the-spot claims processing. We offer a claiming and payments solution with connectivity to all major health payment parties.
HICAPS has recently joined forces with LanternPay a fast-paced fintech who created an innovative open cloud-based claim payment platform servicing the healthcare, disability, insurance and ageing sectors. As a combined force we now offer our customers a multi-channel claim payment solution to schemes, providers, partners and patients.

**The Team & Role**:
HICAPS has strong growth aspirations, to help us achieve these aspirations we have created a new growth role, ‘**Provider Growth Consultant’.**
You will have the chance to work with some of the brightest technical, corporate and product minds, and make a real contribution to strong social outcomes. In this role you will be instrumental in driving growth for HICAPS by identifying and partnering with Healthcare Providers to test and pilot HICAPS products.
This is an exciting **business development** role, not your old school sales role, you will identify and build relationships with healthcare providers who would benefit from our innovative solutions. You will then utilise your customer insights to work closely with our Product and Technology teams to streamline and create products that help our customers achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing provider customers
- Gain insights to support build and shape our product offering
- Lead pilots with provider customers work our product and technology teams to ensure this is a smooth experience for our customers and will support initiatives to expand HICAPS offering to new providers
- Respond to Private Health Insurers and Schemes requests for provider outreach activities
- Create and deliver collateral to help with the mass on-boarding of providers onto new products
