• Demonstrate a strong understanding of strategy, performance and commercial returns.
• Leverage a keen eye for detail, partnering with senior leaders to communicate strategy, generate insights, influence decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead strategic projects, working across the division and with external providers to deliver new experiences to our customers and uplift performance ecosystem.
• You will bring exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong understanding of risk and governance requirements.

In the role of Senior Consultant Performance Growth, you will join the Specialised Distribution team that's doubling down on customer obsession. This role primarily moves and shapes with the business priorities and needs someone who is highly adaptable and eager for a challenge.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

• Build compelling strategic narratives that translate business vision, deliverables, complex data and performance insights into clear, actionable stories aligned with goals.
• Assess and evaluate initiative and business performance, with the ability to construct business cases and excel-based models to forecast or assess performance.
• Drive initiatives that uplift business performance and align with the team's priorities, driving research, analysis of opportunities, cost/risk vs benefit analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on strategic partnerships, including exploring strategies relating to advice, financial wellbeing and literacy.
• Drive continuous improvement in Data & Insights, with a strong grasp on reporting requirements for the Business and proactively identifying opportunities to leverage data for growth, collaborating with Personal Banking Data & Analytics to prioritise initiatives and build reporting/modelling.
• Support the operating rhythm of the business, including Quarterly Business Review, leadership forums and ad hoc support to the Executives office.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Business Governance, Change Management and Risk Management across all Activities, working closely with 1st and 2nd line risk.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

• Experience across banking/finance/strategy type roles
• Formal Qualifications Held in Business/Finance is preferred
• Understanding of Banking Regulatory Landscape/Knowledge of Advice & Investments landscape is preferred.
• Strong sequencing, planning, prioritisation, execution, communication and presentation skills.
• Well-developed stakeholder management and influencing abilities
• Experience providing data insights to a wide range of stakeholders
