**About You**
You are a self-starter with a naturally inquisitive and analytical mindset, bringing a background in business improvement, business analysis and/or regulatory management.
In this role, you will support the end to end delivery of business rectification and customer remediation solutions for Business & Private Bank.
You will achieve this by providing support to Business & Private Bank’s Remediation & Regulatory Response team, working as part of a delivery squad. In your role you will be required to support the identification of remediation and business improvement opportunities, conducting business impact / root cause analysis, implementing business improvement and business rectification solutions as well as customer remediation.
**Your Skills and Experience**
You will be an exceptional business analyst with strong written and verbal communication, influencing and relationship building skills that allow you to expertly engage with and manage your stakeholders. You will be an energetic and engaging performer with excellent analytical and communication skills.
