**Your New Role**

As a Communications Consultant you are responsible for providing end-to-end communication support for remediations managed by the Fund’s central Remediation Management team. You will work with stakeholders across the Fund to create and deliver a communication plan to engage and support members through the remediation process, ensuring they are restored to the position they would have been in had an error not occurred.

Duties and responsibilities include
- Co-author a communications plan that can be taken from ideation to execution.
- Write communications for members that are simple to understand, contain all relevant information, and consider the member’s personal circumstances.
- Work with a wide stakeholder group, including product, legal, operations, and remediations, to understand requirements and coordinate feedback for artifacts.
- Develop a multi-channel approach to engage members via their preferred communication channel.
- Produce frequently asked questions to be posted on the AustralianSuper website to inform members of the remediation.
- Tailor communications for cohorts of members with similar characteristics and consider the best communication methods for vulnerable members.Develop internal communications for teams that may be impacted by the remediation.

**What You’ll Need**
- 5+ years’ experience in Communications within Financial Services, ideally superannuation
- Polished writing skills with the ability to convert technical concepts into plain language.
- Experience communicating with members/customers on RG277 / RG256 compliant remediation is desired.
- An ability to work well with others through presenting ideas, perspectives and solutions.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to deliver programs on-time, to budget, and to the required standard.
- Extensive experience developing a wide variety of end
- to-end communications, including the writing, sign-off management, design management, production and distribution of communications across multiple channels for different audiences.
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Studying or have qualification in communications, marketing or related field.RG146 advantageous
