Bupa is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst - Remediation to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This position offers an immediate start and is based in Melbourne, with a minimum of 2 days per week required on-site.
**About the Role**
As a Quality Analyst - Remediation, you will support quality assurance processes across our remediation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. Working closely with the Quality Manager - Remediation, you will conduct audits, analyse data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment and is passionate about quality, governance, and process optimisation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct quality audits and reviews of remediation activities.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of quality frameworks and methodologies.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address process inefficiencies and support risk mitigation.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and professionally.
**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Quality Management or related discipline.
- 2-4 years' experience in quality assurance, audit, risk, or similar roles (remediation experience advantageous).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient with quality management tools and systems.
