Are you looking to be rewarded and recognised for the value you bring? Working as a Customer Identity Remediation Analyst you’ll enjoy delivering Remediation activity and ensuring the output is compliant with the AML/CTF Program and Standards. On a day to day, you’ll be accountable for:

- Ten to fifteen Inbound and Outbound remediation calls centred around Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements to ensure NAB has up to date customer information.
- Accountable for achieving optimal quality control outcomes and to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- Your role is to provide an excellent customer experience whilst also having the ability to objection handle through providing information to customers

Your brand-new role will commence in March, initially for a 12-month period, with the change to extend or be made permanent after this time. You will work 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and the occasional Saturday on a rotating roster. You will be based out of the Docklands and go into the office twice a week. You will be paid $36.50ph & Super.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You’ll have worked in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key. Previous experience as a Banker will ensure you can jump straight in, with the backing of the following:

- Call centre experience highly regarded
- Understanding of AML/CTF regulatory frameworks, particularly KYC is desirable
- Ability to complete complex case work while adhering to KPI expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Trusts, Applicable Customer Identification Procedures (ACIP), Complex Entities is also highly regarded
