Requisition ID: 32501- Job Location(s): Dandenong South, AUDanfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist looking to make a difference. This role will allow you to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and manage the sales order process from beginning to end to ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met.
**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all customer order enquiries and the successful delivery of products across Australia and New Zealand. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Management of sales orders for the designated customer base, from processing sales orders, answering customer enquiries and following through on customer requests in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Logistics team members in relation to delivery status or stock enquiries.
- Liaise with the finance team in relation to customer account issues.
- Prepare customer sales quotations on behalf of the sales team.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with internal customers, such as the sales and logistics team and other team members as needed, to deliver the required services to our customer
**Background & Skills**:
To be considered for this position,
- Experience in a customer service or service coordination position within a manufacturing organisation.
- Customer-focused attitude with a high service mindset and ability to problem-solve and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player and willing to work collaboratively to achieve team targets.
