What you’ll do
As the OptiRun service sales specialist you will work closely with our field engineers, service operations, marketing and equipment sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to help grow the service business.
You will develop, maintain, and grow inclusive and consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influencers in each account to help sell our OptiRun service solutions.
Prepare service proposals for our customers that include solutions such as service contracts, instrument upgrades, spare parts, ad-hoc billable services, on-site training and digital solutions to name a few You will prepare and present these service quotations to our customers and demonstrate the value that OptiRun service solutions can bring
Utilize Cytiva’s CRM (SFDC) to connect with our install base to maintain and renew existing business and uncover and generate new opportunities.
You will be accountable for all aspects of territory planning and service sales funnel management. You will be expected to expand the service coverage at individual customers and at the account level.
Captures service sales opportunities to achieve and exceed contract capture, revenue, growth and annual pricing increase targets.
Prioritize selling time to build and maintain a balanced funnel of prospects to generate sales, achieve further account penetration and drives increased contract capture rates.
This is a field-based role with 30-50% interstate travel so you can be based from your home office or the Cytiva office in Melbourne.
Who you are
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Life Science Industry
Knowledge/experience within a Service Organization or Service Provider will be a plus
Incredible attention to detail and ability to focus and prioritize. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Experience in leading & coordinating the preparation of sales proposals, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating the value of such proposals.
Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive a collaborative culture in a highly complex environment.
Ability to Travel 30 -50% of the time across ANZ in this field-based role
Strong communication and presentation skills & language proficiency in English
You have a valid motor vehicle license and are up to date with vaccination mandates
