Our client is an industry-leading, Enterprise HR SaaS organization that is partnered up with several Fortune 500 companies and the top Higher Ed institutes. With offices globally, they are going through extraordinary growth and as such are looking to bring in a brand-new Account Manager to join their APAC team.
**The Opportunity**
As **Account Manager **for the Higher Education division for APAC**, **you will be working as a key member of the sales and customer account team responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue from existing accounts. You will join a sales & client success team that is comprised of AEs, SDRs, and CSMs responsible for driving new logo business, renewals, and growth of the existing business. This role will report directly to the GM of APAC and offers a ton of career growth opportunities
**Roles/Responsibilities**
- Renew and grow expiring agreements with clients that are assigned to the account team
- Build relationships with Explorance's customers and employees
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met, coordinating between Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
- Ensure customer retention and growth by maintaining customer satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor and consistent source of relevant information for your contacts, carry out regular initiatives and campaigns
- Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
**Education/Experience**
- 2+ years of Sales/Account Management experience
- Experience working in the Higher Education space is a strong asset
- Strong business development, technical presentation skills, and the ability to present technical concepts and business solutions
- Ability to follow existing procedures with the flexibility and creativity to develop, learn, and implement new processes
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
