**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Learning Management System (LMS) Expertise**:

- Develop, implement, and manage LMS and SMS tailored for the VET sector.
- Ensure LMS operations are effective and resolve client IT issues promptly.
- **Moodle and Articulate Product Mastery**:

- Leverage expertise in Moodle and Articulate to design, implement, and enhance training and assessment materials.
- **Innovation and Trend Analysis**:

- Conduct research and development into emerging infrastructure and trends.
- Drive fast-paced development to maintain alignment with current technological possibilities.
- **Advanced Training Material Development**:

- Collaborate on the creation of Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and traditional training and assessment materials.
- **IT Security and Compliance**:

- Implement and manage company security measures across devices and vehicles deployed via Google Education.
- Ensure full compliance with RTO Standards 2015.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:

- Assist in developing departmental budgets and determining IT needs.
- Identify company demands and allocate or source resources to meet those demands efficiently.
- **Client and Team Support**:

- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for clients experiencing difficulties.
- Mentor and guide the IT team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience in Moodle and Articulate product development and implementation.
- Extensive experience in developing and managing LMS and SMS platforms for the VET sector.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and implement innovative technological solutions.
- Strong background in VR, AR, and eLearning material development.
- Solid understanding of IT security measures, particularly in the context of Google Education.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

**Application Process**:
This role is only open to persons currently residing in Sydney or willing to relocate. This role will not be remote for the initial periods with potential to arrange a portion of your time on a work from home basis after proven success.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
