Fantastic permanent opportunity for a HR Advisor

**Your new role**
This organisation seeking a highly motivated HR generalist to join their People & Culture team. This team is a high performing and collaborative group that delivers exceptional service for their people, through the delivery of contemporary and best practice people services.

Supporting the workforce and associated businesses of the organisation, you will report to the People, Culture & Director, and provide generalist HR support for the team and key stakeholders, together with taking responsibility for business partnering. This role is based in Perth, so experience working with remote teams and regular travel to over East are part of the role.

You'll be responsible for:

- Partnering with the Perth office, and broader portfolio of practice groups to provide support and advice on all employee related matters.
- Delivering key people services including workforce and succession planning, performance management, probation progress, coordination of parental leave cover and return to work, exit interviews and secretarial allocations for all employees in responsible divisions.
- Providing HR advice and support for employees, including policy guidance and interpretation and managing and resolving employee relations issues.
- Supporting recruitment through preparing business cases for new roles, attending interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Drafting documents including employment agreements, change of employment status letters and parental leave.
- Supporting the overall strategy and people goals through working on key people projects as required.
- Implementation and coordination of health & wellbeing activities and initiatives.
- Managing support teams.
- Driving engagement and culture in the Perth office.

**What you'll need to succeed**
This organisation are looking for someone who is driven, curious and has a passion for generalist HR. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, with tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline. Experience in professional services environments is an advantage.

You will be a team player and can collaborate with all levels of seniority. The role will require you to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and often competing priorities. It is essential that you can develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

This role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR career while receiving coaching and guidance from more senior members of the People & Culture team.
