You will be working for a leading organisation within the healthcare sector as a HR Advisor.

Your new role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a small team within an exciting organisation. Your role will be to provide accurate and practical responsive generalist HR support, advice and assistance to managers, supervisors and employees which will cover employment legislation, applicable awards, employee relations, HR policies & procedures, performance management, grievances, and terminations. You will be working closely with the HR Business Partner and be the first point of contact for all support for managers. You’ll be tasked with developing and delivering content for internal training and development programmes. Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and induction activities along with issuing employment contracts will be a necessity.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful, ideally you will have a degree in a relevant qualification and demonstrated experience of working in a similar role. You will have sound knowledge of legislative frameworks including employment law, work health and safety, discrimination, and equal opportunity legislation. Ideally, you will have had experience in managing performance issues & coaching managers and supervisors. This organisation is looking for someone with a “can-do” attitude and positive and proactive approach to their work. Strong Office 365 skills and high attention to detail are also needed. You must hold a valid driving license as there will be site-based work. Strong ER/IR skills are needed for this position.
