We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor, with our client, a leader in Iron Ore Mining. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to unleash your potential with one of WA's premier mining companies.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Advising and coaching on employee relations matters to customers with a focus on early intervention and people centricity
- Leading and participating in HR projects with exceptional attention to detail and out of the box thinking
- Driving change with a focus on continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
Developing and embedding of HR procedures, systems, templates and reporting mechanisms
- Building Leader capability in HR systems and processes including cyclical processes
Facilitating organizational change through to HR systems and processes

Qualifications and skills required:

- HR Advisor and HR Admin experience required
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
