Generalist HR Advisor for National business based in the Eastern Suburbs

Our client provides products and services to the mining sector, with production facilities based in our Eastern Suburbs they are seeking a generalist HR Advisor to join their team.

Responsible for managing the entire end to end employee lifecycle, you will be responsible for:

- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Inductions and probation reviews
- Performance reviews
- Interpretation of Modern Awards and provision of generalist advice
- Supporting engagement and retention strategies
- Employee relations including case investigations and performance management
- Facilitation of training
- Supporting the implementation of a new HRIS

This position is a generalist operational HR Advisor role with the opportunity to be involved in the implementation of National projects. A great chance to support the business with autonomy and wider organisation direction.

It is essential that you have prior experience from within the heavy industrial or related sectors, can demonstrate you working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards, and enjoy working within a blue collar environment.
