Description
The Internal Comms Manager is a key storyteller within the business, amplifying the best of the business to all internal stakeholders. This role works closely with Marketing to ensure that the key messages are aligned between internal and external communications. Also working in partnership with People and Culture to ensure that the desired culture is amplified and celebrated through communications.
Key Responsibilities

Build a calendar of Internal Communications for the year, aligning to key business milestones, and existing cadence of communications.

Take the lead on flagship communications such as quarterly Town Halls, Monthly Newsletters, etc.

Maintain vibrant and topical communications on Slack, leveraging different channels to keep teams updated on news and happenings within Nuix.

Create monthly reporting on Internal Comms, measuring engagement, and implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with P&C teams to ensure that there is alignment between their activity and our communication, to amplify their impact.

Collaborate with Marketing teams, to ensure that social media and website presence reflects our desired Employer Brand.

Follow Nuix’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging for consistency

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Seeking a high energy, highly collaborative internal comms specialist, 7+ years of experience in Internal Comms.

Highly skilled with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow under pressure and to meet strict deadlines.

Proven ability to be a self-starter, and work in an agile, high-paced environment. Happy to be flexible across time-zones, and juggle the work day to accommodate early/late calls, as needed by exception.

Agility to develop strategy specific to desired outcomes and to also dive into the weeds to write communications from scratch, hunting down content and sources from within the business.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with high attention to detail.

Strong collaboration and organisational skills to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Design, excellent power point and video editing skills a strong plus.
