**Change Manager**

We are looking for a passionate and pragmatic Change Manager to join our Organisational Effectiveness team within People and Culture (P&C). You will provide diverse specialist change management expertise and deliver across a wide spectrum of change management activities.

To do this successfully you’ll be a hands-on change practitioner that understands large enterprise business, the importance of impact, strategy alignment influencing and being a true SME of change management.

**In this Change Manager role, you will**
- Take end-to-end ownership of design and delivery of the change in partnership with the initiatives,
- Support the delivery of P&C’s most important strategic initiatives,
- Contribute to the ownership, continuous improvement and governance of enterprise Change Management Framework,
- Manage a diverse and complex group of stakeholders impacted by the business outcomes and create effective engagement plans to maximise readiness.
- Provide all necessary coaching, training, feedback, and support to ensure the change is a success,
- Have the opportunity to flex and support colleagues in work across the broader Organisational Effectiveness, broadening skills and experience.

**What you’ll bring**
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver change management across large enterprise, corporate or consulting business,
- Proven in depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies,
- A strong, structured approach to planning change, working as part of a broader project or program of work, identifying and suitably mitigating risks,
- Experience working with agile ways of working and familiarity with human-centered design techniques,
- Ability to build relationships and manage expectations/timelines with key stakeholders,
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or certified in change management or related discipline (desired, not a must have).
