- Part-time positon
- 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursdays)
**Position summary & purpose**: This role plays a pivotal role in building connection and belonging through providing an excellent experience for employees whilst they are in the office.
**Own the office experience**
Drive the development and delivery of an in-office experience for staff in a way that enables people to do their best work.
- Understand needs: Use data to listen and understand what people really need and desire in the office experience, using this knowledge to inform ideas for continuous improvement and provide an excellent in-office experience for staff
- Ensure high standards in the smooth running of the office environment including carrying out the day-today activity of maintaining facilities such as kitchens and equipment, aiding in facilitation of key internal meetings such as room set up and catering, managing mail and deliveries
- Promote OUA’s culture by bringing our purpose to life in our office in a way that is visible, relevant and authentic
- Demonstrate care for each other by partnering with people experience in office related health and safety, including key contact to building management for all safety related activity and facilitating ongoing employee ergonomic (home and office) needs
- Maintain relationships with the key company stakeholders for building management and office contractors
**Connector of people**
Deliver an office environment that supports peoples need to connect with one another in a way that is both productive and social;
- Participate as key member of social team, taking a lead role in organising, employee social events and executing social team plans including managing the social team budget, managing suppliers and internal stakeholders, and coordinating activity during, and pre and post event
- Assist People Experience with the staff on-boarding and exit processes
**What you'll bring to this role**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desireable
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Strong focus on customer, high levels of initiative and motivation
- Excellent writte, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to priositise when issues arise
