You will provide an awesome customer journey by coordinating all required elements of the preconstruction workflow from sales acceptance through to construction whilst meeting expected timelines.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide excellent customer service in the preconstruction of customers' homes
- Ensure contracts are delivered in designated timelines
- Support the coordination of jobs from sales acceptance to construction
- Communicate with key stakeholders
- Proactively progress jobs through the preconstruction process

**What can you bring?**:
You will have passion and enthusiasm about working in the building industry with a strong understanding and proven ability in Building Administration.
