Our client, a logistics provider seeks a permanent **Warehouse Administration Coordinator** to be based in their office in **Northern suburb of Melbourne**.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and documentation related to warehouse, customers, and logistics operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Manage stock control: monitor stock levels, booking containers, retrieval and timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Planning, organising and controlling of particular client's operations.
- Ensure clients stock is presentable at all times.
- Monitor inventory tracking system(s) accuracy.
- Ensure inventory information is accurate, reliable and accessible.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role/capacity
- Good administration and customer service skills
- Solid computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (predominantly excel)
- Strong planning, coordinating and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
- Hands-on approach with a high attention to detail
- Works well independently with minimum supervision and is also a team player.
