**About the Role**

Are you a driven and experienced Workshop Manager passionate about vehicles and smash repairs?

Are you ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, managing a dedicated team and ensuring top-quality workmanship?

**We are looking for a highly motivated professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy smash repair workshop.**

**This role involves managing a skilled team of operations, managing clients, and dealing with insurance companies and motor vehicle assessors.**

It also includes dealing with panel beaters, spray painters, and various subcontractors who repair vehicles alongside assistants, and support staff while ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of workshop staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring top-quality workmanship.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage workshop budgets, resources, and inventory to optimize efficiency.
- Cooridnate with clients for all repairs of their vehicles.
- Ordering parts for all repairs and organizing inventory.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure exceptional results.
- Foster a positive team environment, mentoring and guiding staff as needed.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Workshop Manager in the vehicle or smash repair industry and passionate about cars
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle structures, components, and repair processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Fluent English
- Technology friendly Knowledge

**2-5 years of AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC looking for a career change will be preferred for this role.**

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
