**Your New Role**

As a member of a vibrant and motivated wholesale team, you will be responsible for overseeing sales performance and managing the complete servicing of key accounts. You will engage with an exciting mix of large retail chains, cafes, giftware vendors, online collaborators, and corporate partners. In this position, you will develop customised strategies aimed at fostering growth, enhancing relationships, and implementing impactful trade marketing initiatives in collaboration with our in-house specialists.

This role goes beyond just account management, it's centered on cultivating partnerships. You will utilise your commercial insight and wholesale knowledge to create innovative solutions, achieve ambitious sales goals, and contribute significantly to our go-to-market strategy. **Your Day to Day**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Develop and execute tailored strategies to drive sales growth and enhance account performance.
- Manage forecasting, planning, and financial reporting for your accounts.
- Collaborate with the trade marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and visual merchandising solutions.
- Address and resolve any issues with accounts, maintaining positive and lasting partnerships.
- Contribute to key business projects, including data management and ERP support.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Travel locally and interstate as required to foster relationships and drive business outcomes.

**What You Need**
- Proven experience managing and growing tier-one wholesale accounts.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven with the ability to forecast and plan effectively.
- Skilled in influencing, negotiating, and establishing trust with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and ERP/CRM systems (Netsuite experience desirable).
- Developed understanding of home and lifestyle consumer goods.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
