**Overview**:
The Signal Processing Lead at OncoRes Medical is responsible for leading the evaluation, design,
and implementation of Signal Processing Component Libraries to support OncoRes Medical’s
OncoRes Medical’s Software Program Team and expected to work collaboratively within a
multidisciplinary Research and Development group.

**Responsibilities**:
- Delivers Signal Processing Component Libraries to Project Schedules elaborated with the
Software Program Manager.
- Manages Software Development resources as allocated by the Software Program Manager.
- Ensures Signal Processing Libraries are compliant to System and Design Specifications and
Architecture.
- Ensures all development maintains the Software Design History File (DHF) to QMS and IEC
62304 requirements.
- Ensures all Component Libraries have Design Validation records to QMS and IEC 62304
requirements.
- Ensures all Component Libraries have Design Verification records to QMS and IEC 62304
requirements.
- Serve as an ambassador to promote OncoRes Medical’s core values; we are Inspired,
Restless, Human and Visionary.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years software development experience.
- Demonstrable Safety Critical or Regulated Systems development experience.
- Demonstrable proficiency in development in Windows Platform Technologies using C# and
C/C++ programming languages.
- Strong collaborative Skills.
- Strong software verification and validation Skills.
- Strong documentation Skills.
- Ability to remain professional and positive in all personal interactions, and work with
honesty and transparency while being committed to doing what’s best for our patients,
customers, and company.
**Desirable Experience
**- Experience with Signal Processing Technologies utilising hardware acceleration platforms.
- Experience with.NET Windows Technologies.
- Experience with DICOM and Image Processing Technologies.
- Experience with Signal Processing Technologies Experience with ML/AI or Deep learning
Technologies.
- Experience with documentation of Software function using UML or SysML.
- Medical or Regulated Device development experience.
