We are seeking an accomplished and resilient leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as
Director Corporate Services
. Reporting to the CEO, this critical role provides strategic oversight and leadership across finance, property & leasing, procurement and contract management.

About the Role

As Director Corporate Services, you will:

• Lead rigorous financial management, budgeting and long-term planning in line with legislative and statutory obligations.
• Oversee procurement, contract management, finance and property & leasing and compliance functions, ensuring robust processes and outcomes.
• Provide expert advice to Council, the Audit & Risk Committee, and the Executive Team.
• Drive strategic partnerships with the community, Council, State and Federal agencies. Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across finance, property & leasing, procurement and contract management.

About You

You are a highly resilient and collaborative leader with:

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement, contract management, and legal interpretation.
• Strong financial acumen experience at senior executive level.
• Proven ability to lead change, manage complexity, and influence at Board/Council level.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience may come from within Local Government
  or from other complex sectors
  where governance, finance, and contract management are critical.

The Package:
