Location: The Hollywood Medical Centre, Nedlands.

Seeking a solo receptionist: A small quiet practice, must be able to work independently.

Minimum 2+ years of medical reception experience is required.

Part time: Monday +/- Wednesday: half days (~ 0900 am - 1 pm)

Tuesday + Thursdays: half days (~0930am - 3 pm)

This will be a casual position initially - the salary advertised includes casual loading and superannuation. The job may lead to a permanent part time position.

Experience and competence with GENIE software is essential for this position.

Minimum 1 + years of GENIE software experience is required.

Experience in a specialist surgery practice is desired.

Parking provided: on site multistory car park - heavily discounted for staff.

Job Description:

  • Must be able to multitask and be very organized.
  • Answer the phone and take messages.
  • Prepare daily clinic files.
  • Book clinic appointments - GENIE software
  • Process payments using EFTPOS and claim online with Medicare (via GENIE)
  • Emailing, emailing secure attachments, scanning, linking into GENIE, faxing.
  • Excellent computer skills.
